COMPOSITE FACADES
The YAWALBOND composite panel system is designed for external and internal facades or lightweight curtain wall fillings with a frame structure.
Sandwich panel claddings are made of two 0.50 mm thick aluminum sheets filled with a core (PE – polyethylene core, A2 – mineral core). Thanks to the use of high quality materials and PVDF coatings.
Product advantages:
- a wide range of colors,
- resistance to weather conditions with large temperature fluctuations (from -50°C to +80°C),
- maintaining the rigidity of the composite material even under difficult conditions,
- impact resistance, pressure, high crushing strength,
- high sound absorption of curtain walls,
- can be machined in the cutting, milling, bending, stamping, drilling, rolling and gouging process,
- resistance to UV rays and chemicals,
- classification as NRO.
